Radcliffe Real Estate Group is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in the State of New York. All real estate services are provided in accordance with applicable New York State law, the regulations of the New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services, and the rules of any listing service or professional association of which Home Path Realty is a member.

3. Listing Information and IDX Disclaimer

Property listings and related information displayed on this Site may be sourced from third-party listing services, including but not limited to the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Real Listing Service (RLS), and are believed to be reliable but are not guaranteed. All listing data is provided for informational purposes only. Radcliffe Realty makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information displayed herein. 4. No Agency Relationship

Use of this Site does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Radcliffe. An agency relationship is established only upon execution of a written representation agreement signed by both parties.

5. New York Agency Disclosure

Pursuant to New York State Real Property Law §443, Radcliffe is required to present and explain the New York State Disclosure Form for Buyer and Seller at first substantive contact with a prospective buyer or seller. This disclosure will be provided prior to any showing of property or the rendering of substantive real estate assistance.

6. Client Portal and Account Security

If you create an account or access the Client Portal on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Radcliffe immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Radcliffe shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Radcliffe Real Estate Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from any Site content is strictly prohibited without express written permission from Radcliffe.
