A Note on Wire Fraud and Impersonation Scams
Scammers sometimes impersonate real estate agents and brokerages, including Radcliffe Real Estate Group, to collect deposits or application fees for properties they do not represent.
Before sending any payment, verify that you are communicating with a Radcliffe Real Estate Group agent by checking our current agent roster on our Agents page, and confirm wiring or payment instructions by phone using a number you look up independently rather than one provided only by email or text. We will never ask you to wire a deposit before you have toured a property in person or spoken directly with one of our agents, and we will never ask you to pay a deposit to an account that does not match the agent and property you are working with.
If you believe you have been contacted by someone falsely claiming to represent Radcliffe Real Estate Group, please contact us directly before sending any funds.
